Okay maybe ya ain't gotta "Hang" everyone in town square either..
Somebody got Mental or "Substance Abuse" Issues there is "Help" 4 that too..
But...are they willing 2 "Surrender" let ya take em in & learn a "Program"
It doesn't "Work" if one is not "willing" take the "Initiative"
